Who runs Sult

Sult is run by Nordkrone AS, Smedsletta 4, 1383 Asker, Norway, organisation number 937 752 881. Contact: hi@getsult.com.

Sult is an ordering app. You buy the food from the restaurant, not from Sult. The restaurant is the seller, sets the menu and prices, prepares the order and delivers it or hands it over at pickup.

Placing an order

Your order is a contract with the restaurant. It is binding once you have paid and the restaurant has accepted it. Payment confirmation alone is not acceptance.

The restaurant can reject an order, for example when it is closed, too busy or outside its delivery area. A rejected order is refunded in full to the payment method you used.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates from the restaurant.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT and are shown in złoty. The total covers the dishes and any delivery fee, and you pay no service fee to Sult.

Payment is handled by a licensed payment operator on behalf of the restaurant. Sult does not store your card details.

Right of withdrawal

Food prepared to order and perishable goods are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under art. 38(1)(3) and (4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Once the restaurant has accepted your order, you cannot withdraw from it.

Complaints

Complaints about the food, the order or the delivery go to the restaurant first; its contact details are on the menu page. If you cannot reach the restaurant, write to hi@getsult.com and we will pass it on.

Complaints about the app itself go to hi@getsult.com. We answer within 14 days.

You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform or your local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).

Personal data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Law

Polish law applies to orders from restaurants in Poland. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
